Islam’s View of the United States of America

Lesson Ten

INTRODUCTION

 

A.   The United States of America is a fertile field for the planting of Islam.

1.     We encourage the world to send their masses to us.  “The New Colossus” by Emma Lazarus, 1883, IS on the Statue of Liberty.

2.    We have “freedom of religion” here.  (NOTE:  We have 1,209 mosques in U.S.A.)

3.     We have “freedom of speech” here.

4.    Good communication systems and transportation systems allow the Islamists to stay in constant touch with their movements.

5.    It is also a place of affluence offering many opportunities to raise funds.

 

B.   Muslims are here.  According to the Council of American-Islamic Relations, Muslims make up 2.2% of the population, around 7 million individuals.

 

C.   Muslims do not have an affinity for the United States in its present form.  Many Muslims literally hate the United States.

 

I.          ACTS OF AGGRESSION OVER THE LAST THIRTY-FIVE YEARS

 

A.   Over the last 35 years there have been 67 terror attacks by Muslims on American soil killing 3,098 people.  The list below is taken from the website, www.thereligionofpeace.com.  The article is entitled:  “Islamic Terror Attacks on American Soil.”

 

 

 

B.   On Thursday, September 20, 2011, President George Bush addressed a joint-session of Congress.  In that address he said:  “Americans are asking, ‘Why do they hate us?’”

 

II.        REASONS WHY MUSLIMS HATE THE UNITED STATES

 

A.   The Qur’an teaches world domination by the Muslims and the United States stands in their way as the most powerful nation on earth.

1.     Qur’an 61:9 - “He who has sent his Messenger forth with the guidance and the religion of truth, to make it triumph over every religion, even though the idolaters may be averse to it.”

2.    “Of all the nations on the Earth they hate America most.  The truth is Muslims do not hate us for our freedoms, sorry George Bush, they despise and attack us because we are the single strongest infidel and therefore a most formidable impediment to their goal of world domination” (www.planksconstant.org, “Why Muslims Hate America”).

 

B.   Because of the teachings of the Qur’an about the Kafir.

1.     The Qur’an uses the words Kafir, Kaffur, and Kufr 470 times in 451 verses.

a.    The literal meaning of the word is “to cover.”

b.    Thus, a Kafir is one who hides, denies, or covers the truth of Islam.  A Kafir is an unbeliever or disbeliever.

2.    Three passages concerning Kafirs:

a.    Kafirs are partners of Satan:  “And still they worship others beside Allah who can neither help nor hurt them.  The Kafir is Satan’s ally against Allah” (Qur’an 25:55).

b.    Kafirs are hated:  “They [Kafirs] who dispute the signs [Koran verses] of Allah without authority having reached them are greatly hated by Allah and the believers.  So Allah seals up every arrogant, disdainful heart” (Qur’an 40:35).

c.    Kafirs can be killed:  “If they do not keep away from you or offer you peace or withdraw their hostilities, then seize them and kill them wherever they are.  We give you complete authority over them” (Qur’an 4:91).

 

C.   Our laws run contrary to their laws.

1.     They desire the implementation of sharia law in the United States.

2.    As long as our Constitution stands, they will refer to it as “our” law, even though they consider themselves citizens of the United States.

 

D.   The U.S. military presence in Saudi Arabia causes them to hate us.  They view Kafirs as being on “holy” ground.

 

E.   We support Israel.

 

F.    U.S. foreign policy (Here, we are considered “the Great Satan,” a term coined by the Ayatollah Khomeini in November, 1979). 

1.     "The Great Satan" was the name given to the United States during the Islamic Revolution here in Iran. Iranians blamed the U.S. for supporting a cruel ruler, and for taking advantage of local resources and businesses. They felt that U.S. intervention left them poor and lacking in basic human rights. In addition, the U.S. is the number one supporter of Israel, whom Iranians blame for stealing land from the Palestinians, causing unrest in the Middle East, and taking the holy city of Jerusalem unjustly. Since the revolution, the U.S. has continued to be an "evil" superpower that endlessly attempts to squash and control Iranian politics and life....it supported Iraq during the eight year Iran-Iraq war, imposed severe economic sanctions against Iran, and to top things off Americans shot down an unarmed Iran air plane in the Persian Gulf in 1988!

2.    “Use of the term at rallies is often accompanied by shouts of ‘Marg bar Amrika!’ (‘Death to America’ is an inexact translation of ‘Marg Bar Amrika’, but is supposed to mean ‘Down with America’) (wikipedia.org, “The Great Satan”).

 

G.   American arrogance:  We are side to act as if our culture and traditions are the only true way to live.

 

H.   Our promotion of immorality

 

I.     Envy:  They envy our wealth and power.

 

J.    Their Jihad mentality.

 

III.      MUSLIM ORGANIZATIONS IN THE UNITED STATES

 

A.   There is one openly anti-American Muslim group in the United States, the Islamic Thinkers Society (ITS).

1.     Location:  Jackson Heights, Queens, New York City, New York

2.    It is an offshoot of Al-Muhajiram, a pro-al Qaeda British Islamist extremist group.

3.     Purpose:  To represent Islam in its purest form and to represent all the principles of Islam

4.    Desire:  For Sharia law to be implemented in the United States

 

B.   The most visible Muslim organizations are those that claim to represent Muslim political interests.

1.     Three main groups:

a.    American Muslim Council

b.    The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR)

c.    The Muslim Public Affairs Committee

2.    They aspire to four goals:

a.    Win special privileges for Islam

b.    Intimidate and silence the opponents of militant Islam

c.    Raise funds for, apologize for, and otherwise forward the cause of militant Islamic groups abroad, including those that engage in violence

d.    Sanitize militant Islam, that is, try to show that it is not that bad

IV.       THE ISLAMIC PUSH BEING MADE IN THE UNITED STATES

B.   Examples:

1.     In the United Kingdom:

a.    Fined or jailed for maligning Islam

b.    Supermarkets sell only halal food, food acceptable to Muslims

c.    An imam escorts police when investigating Muslim homes and the search dogs must wear special booties

2.    In the United States:

a.    Special rooms in schools and businesses provided for prayer

b.    Special accommodations for Ramadan (e.g., children can’t swim because they might drink the water)

c.    Teaching Arabic in public schools

d.    Cab drivers refusing passengers who have dogs

e.    Checkers at grocery stores will not check out customers with hams

f.    As many as 100,00 Muslims are living in polygamous marriages

g.    Muslim prison employees, law enforcement officials, and even a Disneyland employee, have sued for the right to wear the hijab as part of their uniform

h.    Sharia compliant financial instruments are now offered by Citibank, NA., Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, Dow Jones & Co. Inc., and Goldman Sachs Group   (See the following website:  http://lastresistance.com/62/sharia-compliant-banking-in-america/). 

i.     Minnesota offers sharia-compliant mortgages for Muslims.  (This is important because mortgages have federal guidelines that regulate them).

 

C.   NOTE:  “Every accommodation non-Muslims make for Muslims moves our culture, our beliefs, and our legal systems one step closer to Sharia law.  The concession itself is the establishment of Sharia law” (www.concess.blogspot.com, “Concessions to Islam”).

 

CONCLUSION

 

A.   The United States believes in the freedom of religion.  The Muslim religion does not.

 

B.   When they become the dominant group, or, the group most feared in the U.S., our freedoms will be greatly diminished.
